Our well-appointed accommodation in a perfect beach location, ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy all the amenities for a seamless holiday experience.

The bungalow has 3 large bedrooms, Towels & Linen provided, WiFi, Shared Kitchen / Lounge. Non-smoking indoors. Large outdoor patio and seating with direct access to the beach.

Bedroom1: 2 x Single beds ensuite shower room, TV, mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer.

Bedroom2: Double bed, ensuite shower / bathroom, TV, mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer.

Bedroom3: Large room, sea view, double bed, ensuite shower room, TV, mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer. Room for a blow up bed for children.

Make the most of your break, watch the sun rise out of the sea, walk on the beach, read a book, swim with the Brass Monkeys, go wing foiling, windsurfing, paddle boarding, play golf or attend a local Goodwood event.

Try our great pubs The Lamb, The Lion, The Bear, The Inglenook, Pagham Yacht Club or the Beach Club. We also have some great surrounding countryside, with Chichester, Portsmouth, Arundel and Brighton not far away.
